In addition to scholarship assistance, Workforce Solutions may be able to help you with other expenses related to your job search, your education, or your current work.  Here are a few examples of the kind of support we can provide:

• If you are a working parent or going to school full-time, you may qualify for assistance with child care expenses
• If you need help buying clothing, tools, etc for your first job, you may qualify for money to buy them.
• If you need assistance with transportation to look for work, go to work or go to school, you may qualify for support from us.
• If you need any other kind of short-term or one-time financial assistance to help you get a job, keep a job, or get a better job, ask us – we may be able to help!

Individuals must meet certain eligibility requirements for this kind of support. You can apply at any Workforce Solutions office.

Financial Aid for Child Care
