Did you recently receive a letter from the Texas Workforce Commission saying that you’d been scheduled for a mandatory orientation meeting?
If so, you can comply by sending Workforce Solutions an email at uiorientation@wrksolutions.com or by calling us at 713.210.4050 or 1.888.469.JOBS. You don’t have to come to an office in person.
- If you send an email, please tell us your name and the last four digits of your social security number. We’ll send you a response with helpful job search information. The information in our response to you is the required orientation.
- If you call us, one of our placement specialists will work with you to find the job you want or help you access other Workforce Solutions resources. Your call to us satisfies the requirement to attend an orientation.
