COIN is an electronic database that Workforce Solutions uses to facilitate the printing, re-printing and storage of marketing communications materials for its system. COIN is the acronym for Custom Ordering Interactive Network.

SYSTEM
Products are printed and stored in individual contractor inventories. When specific materials are needed, the contractor logs into the COIN system to draw products from its own inventory and place an order for delivery. Delivery may be to specific career offices or to another location of the contractor’s choice. Access to the COIN system is limited to authorized users and is password protected.

REPRINT REQUEST FORM
Only authorized users can request reprints of Workforce Solutions marketing communications materials. The Reprint Request Form is downloaded to the user’s desktop, filled out and emailed to Workforce Solutions Communications Office, from where it is sent to the printing company.
