What does Paid Work Experience mean?

Workforce Solutions – Gulf Coast makes WBL and PWE seamless for both job seekers and employers. Workforce Solutions covers 100% of wages for the first 240 hours of a job seeker’s employment (typically 8–12 weeks).  

We also handle: 

  • Payroll 

  • Worker’s compensation 

  • Background checks or drug screenings (when required) 

This ensures job seekers gain real work experience while reducing hiring barriers for employers.
