Start Your Career Journey With the C.L.E.A.R. Pathways Training Cohort

Individuals interested in strengthening their job readiness skills can learn more about the C.L.E.A.R. (Career, Learning, Employment, Advancement & Readiness) Pathways Job Skills Cohort, a free five-week workforce development program designed to help participants build the skills and confidence needed to secure and maintain meaningful employment.
Hosted in partnership with The Women’s Home, the cohort focuses on practical skills participants can use throughout their job search and in the workplace. Before the next cohort begins, interested individuals will have two opportunities to learn more about the program, ask questions, and determine whether the cohort is a good fit.
What the C.L.E.A.R. Pathways Cohort Offers
The five-week program provides hands-on workshops covering key areas of job readiness and career preparation, including:
- Resume development
- Job applications
- Interview skills and mock interviews
- Job search strategies
- Workplace expectations
- Professional communication
- Professional etiquette
Throughout the program, participants also receive support services from The Women’s Home, providing additional resources as they work toward long-term employment.
